Remembering Jim Kell: A Devoted Family Man and Skilled Pool Player
Robert James Kell, or "Jim" as he was affectionately called, was a dedicated husband, father, and great-grandfather. Born and raised in Belfast, Jim led a fulfilling life alongside the love of his life, Lillian, whom he was married to for 65 incredible years.
Jim had a passion for spending quality time with his family and was often spoiled by their company. Before embarking on a career in painting and decorating, Jim spent some time in the army. He had a reputation for being the life of the party, and loved socializing and singing with his friends at the local pub.
Jim was affectionately known as "Joker" to his family and was quite the talented pool player. In his free time, he enjoyed caravanning with his loved ones and playing bingo with his wife. Jim was known for his love of telling stories and making people laugh. He always sported his signature baseball cap and had a collection of radios, needing to have two of everything.
Jim Kell will be remembered as a devoted family man who brought laughter and joy to those around him. Although his family misses him dearly, the love he gave them continues to uplift them every day.
Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.
